Hi Matthew Clark thanks for raising the feedback. The Customer Centre allows users to enter previous employment.
However we've found that unless prompted, users typically will only enter their current employment.
To counter this we would look at adding a feature that when the user enters less than 3 years of employment they are prompted to add their previous employment. Would something like that address the issue?
