If an in-flight Doc Request is cancelled or for the purpose of removing old request from the grid, there should be the ability to archive a Doc Request.

We're making an interface change that organises doc requests via their statuses. This will be rolled out shortly and should address this request.

Tim Gaspar - would you need the ability to un-archive a request? File something for now if something is on hold but bring it back? Or would you just clone/re-create?

Andy Fleming: good questions. the problem i see is hundreds of doc centre requests that are completed and just sitting there. if i had a client where the process stopped mid process i guess i would download any files sitting there to the file and close it out...so would not need to bring docs back...but maybe you guys have a difference concept for the doc centre as it fits within the client centre

Tim Gaspar: I suspect the first step is to filter the grid by default so completed requests aren't shown - there if you adjust the filter, but by default you'd only see the new/current/active requests?
