Maybe also (or instead) have them enter the children's dates of birth so the system can automatically calculate ages for future applications. I think I saw this was being considered in another post?

Hi Matthew Carpenter: yes this is something we're looking at doing. The idea is that the Customer Centre mirrors the CRM.
