We operate a Master Client Database in our own CRM that aims to sync client data accross Mercury, AdviserLogic and our other investment administration platforms. This is a Javascript based CRM. Having a I/E and A/L against the contact that is the "source" of truth makes it easier to provide ongoing financial advice and credit assistance. Having it static in each opportunity creates a lot of rework especially for our clients who are mainly UHNW and Self Employed (and typically have 5+ real estate assets, multiple trusts and are active), it would be ideal if it is attached to the Contact as the source of truth and then applied to the Opportunity. We may complete 2-3 opportunities per client per year.
