The process of creating doc cards is not smooth. Firstly text i type into the heading or sub heading fields often disappears when i try to leave the field. Secondly the process of attaching the card to a person and how all that works is not clear

Client feedback has been mixed - some have navigated the system but my new 22 & 23 yo clients could not and said it was particularly hard to use on their mobiles (they ended up emailing me the docs)

Hi Tim,

Thanks for raising this one too. We're also looking into the overall Workflow; making it really simple and intuitive. I'll update the ticket when we have completed the work, but expect some changes to surface shortly.

Thanks for the feedback. We are looking into a few ways to make the client view easier to use and hope to have some improvements rolled out very soon.
