Functionality within Mercury to chat with other Mercury users-
What I mean is that I have my Login to Mercury as a Broker and I have a remote Admin person with their Mercury login. It would be great if we could chat with sound notifications using Mercury. I have been using google hangouts for that, but it became very buggy - in most cases there is no sound notification and tech support can't do anything about it. I searched for other "chat" software. Would be great if this could be done within Mercury environment. It is similar to how chat works with Helpdesk, only between Mercury users working together.

Hi Danny Sum - we have something in the works that will be available with the new Mercury platform. It will be a closed platform that you would access through Mercury and connect with other Connective brokers.
There will be more information to come out very soon.

I have already proposed a facebook forum for connective members only to chat and disucss but was advised it wont happen until the future. F&C has turned into a business hunting ground for private lenders and others. It will be good to have one solely for connective with responses for connective panel lending. useless to go out there asking for help and get a responce from someone saying its suitable for a lender not on panel.

Glenn Lees: Hi Glenn, it would be invaluable for me as a business owner to see who is logged in Mercury as a user (my staff) and being able to chat with them in real time. Group chat by selected participants would greatly increase productivity via collaboration and workload sharing. No need for phone calls and if I have staff working from home, I would know if they are working or not at any time. Unfortunately, one of the weakest points of Mercury is Tasks. Yes I can see the tasks, but I can't effectively work with the list of Tasks - can't prioritize, can't see urgent & important, non-urgent & less important (gradation) etc. This makes tasks Management very cumbersome and requires a third party software or another custom and sometime manual solution. I just can't do without constant chat. Really hope that this feature will become available in foreseeable future. Thank you. Regards, Michael
