Also, even just making the link to the doc centre and customer centre available to copy paste (like the questionnaire and opportunity email address currently) would enable people to decide of they want to send the link directly with the standard email, or use the links in one email they create from their own email platform.

To be able to cut and paste a link from Doc Centre so the request for documentation doesn't have to be a seperate email. Trying to cut down on the number of emails to the client and combine into one.

We're implementing functionality that will allow you to generate a link in the Doc Centre, copy and paste into an email and send to your client, so that the email will come from your email address. Would this address your idea?
