We often do work for business clients - we have about 20 different Fact Finds depending on the type of lending and the type of client (ie - Asset Finance for a Director) It would be great to have an "if then what" type document that customises with the answers given by the client - this would then cater for what types of documents would be requested automatically? It also would ideally send out automatic reminders to the customer if they haven't completed or attached documents within a set time frame.

I have spend some time building one for our business - however abandoned as it was getting more complex than my self taught skills! happy to share if it helps for some ideas?
