Fact Find quick view/edit
in progress

It would very beneficial to have a quick view/edit functionality in Mercury. Currently the only way to edit clients Living Expenses after analysis is to go back into the Fact Find link and navigate the whole Fact Find through to the last page in order to amend the figures to then submit and have it generate back into the Prelim. Very cumbersome.
The ability to simply edit all the fields direct from Mercury once the client has submitted will save a bunch of time.
In addition it would be easy to simply go direct to a tab with responses to reference when completing retirement questions in the AOL compliance tab.
Currently you have to open the prelim or the questionnaire to access the information that is already sitting inside of Mercury in the fact find questionnaire.

Hi Casey Stein we are looking to have the Preliminary Assessment pull the living expenses from the CRM instead of the Needs Analysis, as they have now been updated to include all of the Apply Online categories.
Would this solve your problem?

Sarah: The other day I tried to use the living expense component in the CRM and tried to generate out to a prelim. This didn’t work.
If the intent is to push the info from this section out iinto the prelim as well as ApplyOnline, great.
My bug bear with the compliance process is having to go into the needs analysis link and navigate all the way through to the end in order to amend the living expenses after analysis, before I can generate the correct prelim.
Pushing it out to AOL is also good. But currently the time consuming bit is at the beginning not the end.

Hi Casey Stein: we haven't implemented the functionality yet. It's still in the planning stage, but we will have something very soon. Keep an eye on the status of this idea for an indication of where its at.
I can see how that would be frustrating. With the new Needs Analysis, the questions are all listed on the one page in expandable/collapsable sections so it's much easier to navigate. Jump in the CRM and have a look!
