To help recognition of brokers and for general nice to have, it would be good to have the ability to upload a headshot for use in the various applications and chat functionality.
• Support for Gravatar
• Ability to upload/crop/set an image to use as their headshot/profile pic

Are we talking about a photo of the broker or of the client? I've always wished to be able to upload a headshot of the client to their Person record (I usually grab it from the LinkedIn profile, or even just from their ID).

We'll take a look at this in the new applications, with a view to utilising the headshots in the chat functionality of DocCentre/Customer Centre (as well as in other places)
