I agree this would make a lot of sense. The whole idea is to make things as simple as possible for clients who are only going through this process once every few years.

Hi Jonathan Cornish - thanks for the suggestion. Doc Centre currently has it's own client view, but we're in the process of the linking of the two systems behind the scenes.
On release, Customer Centre is intended to be the customer facing portion of Doc Centre - it's where the customers will be taken to respond to the requests from Doc Centre and provide information. It will also handle things like questionnaires and other requests for information or documentation under the one portal as you've suggested.
