Ideally to a specific folder for each client. I use Fileinvite at the moment, and this is a key feature. The documents should be easily accessible anywhere, not just via Mercury. Syncing to my client folders in my G-Drive, this would: 1) Serve as additional back-up of client information 2) Make those documents easily available on my phone (eg if I'm out somewhere and need to check a client's payslip) 3) Allows those documents to also be synced to my computer hard-drive (yet another back up, but more importantly giving instant access without having to download from the internet). 4) I'd feel more comfortable knowing that if I ever had an issue with Connective, you don't hold all my client data.

People > Contacts It is fantastic that we can see more information about a client here without having to open the person account. Can we please display the persons full name here, including any middle names, as well as their date of birth, and age would be fantastic too. We often just need to refer back to this page when we are filling out forms or have them on the phone etc. we need to quickly see that basic information on a person so rather than having to click through and open it each time, it would be great to have that info handing.

It would be great to see the document that has been uploaded to be automatically renamed to what was specifically requested in the document card. This helps alot as most of the time the documents provided by the clients are not renamed. We have used other document collection software such as fileinvite and Ezidox who have this incorporated.

once you have completed the docs and explanations you should be able to re-order them quickly and easily. At present, if you forget to include a doc at the 'right spot' in the listing you have to delete all the ones above it and re-enter them - grrrrr!

When opening a task it wuld be good to have the contact details from the associated contacts from the linked opportunity also listed on that same screen to save time searching for phone numbers etc.

I have a client with multiple investment properties. On the Servicing Calculator in the new Opportunity, each property is only described as "Asset 1", "Asset 2" etc. It's a bit confusing. It would be better if they had the property address as the asset name (which is available from the Financials tab in the Opportunity). Also, it might also be clearer if the rental income from each property was shown under the clients salary income (but greyed out, so it can only be edited by going down to the asset list and changing the rental there). Showing all the income sources in one place is just easier to see. Thanks.

In the people tab it doesn't tell us how many relationships. If relationship is formal with married situation it should also have a (1) otherwise when you look at it it doesnt look like there is a relationship

The field for sending an SMS is too short - it needs to be lengthened to be of us PLUS there should be an SMS signature we can use and which is templated under Admin

An ability to complete the compliance checklist dynamnically against each opportunity - i.e. you provide an agreed compliance check list in each opportunity, for which we can self audit prior to external audit (by you).

I'd like to be able to move the Kanban tile multiple places at once. I have applications sitting in LEads that are not progressing. I want to move these all the way to the last column but it doesn't allow it and you have to drag to the next column, close the email, then drag to the next and so on. Extemely time consuming.
